Fountain House Sargodha under the umbrella of L.M.H.A.As you know that since its inception i.e. 1971 has been providing treatment & rehabilitation facilities to the members (patients) with "Psychiatric Illnesses" not only from across Pakistan but also from other countries. After the great service of mankind by Fountain House Lahore & Fountain House Farm Farooqabad (Sheikhupura) Management Committee of Fountain House, keeping the dream of serving the mentally ill members (patients) in mind, decided to start building replica of Fountain House Lahore in the different major cities of Pakistan. In the light of the decision the first initiative was taken to build Fountain House in Sargodha for not only members (patients) from Sargodha but also from the neighbouring cities & suburban areas of District Sargodha will be provided with the treatment & rehabilitation facilities for which they have to travel to Lahore earlier.The dream of building Fountain House Sargodha was started and came into reality in May 2011 when Executive Members of L.M.H.A gave approval for the project. After this with the lots of hard efforts by the management of Fountain House finally the demarcation of piece of land for the project by Government of Punjab & DCO Sargodha was done on May 2012. The allotment of 08 Acres of Land to L.M.H.A for Fountain House Sargodha after all legal requirement and paper work was completed in July 2012 and procession was given to L.M.H.A on August 2012.Right now with the grace of Almighty Allah (SWT) and undoubtedly with the contribution of philanthropists like you, this dream of constructing Fountain House Sargodha is near to come true.
We are aiming to serve the humanity by providing state of the art mental health treatment & rehabilitation services for the deserving mentally dejected and stressed members (patients) of Sargodha and neighboring regions. Free Medical Camps & Fountain House Sargodha Satellite Clinic, a Free OPD Clinic 06 days a week, has already been started since February 01st, 2015. We are very thankful to the philanthropists, donors & friends of Fountain House who always supported the noble cause of mental health by providing their time, donations & guidelines to us.We are looking forward for catering Appr. 1000+ per month members (patients) in Fountain House Sargodha. For this we still need lots of funds to make the project operational and for providing treatment & rehabilitation facilities to the members (patients) suffering with different psychiatric illnesses. Management of Fountain House requests you to come forward and be a part of the team which is helping to make the dream of providing best patient care, treatment & rehabilitation facilities to the mentally ill members (patients) of the society.
